Health and beauty products have an ugly side as many ingredients are either not listed and/or are known toxins. Did you know that your skin is your body’s largest organ? And that what you apply to the surface of your skin can enter your body? You can make healthier choices by:

  • Going scent free (remember that many people around you may be very sensitive to scents)
  • Using fewer cosmetics. Try shampooing less often, or saving makeup for special occasions
  • Checking the ingredients list, avoid ingredients you can’t pronounce
  • Avoiding products where ingredients are not listed
  • Try going natural
  • Doing your research to find safer products
