The Two & Twenty Challenge

Thank you for participating in The TWO and TWENTY Challenge. We want you to promote health and climate change by taking part in this challenge. We want to know how taking part in The TWO and TWENTY challenge helped change your relationship with nature (and climate).

What is the Two & Twenty Challenge

A simple way to get individuals active and interacting with nature more often. The TWO and TWENTY Challenges goal is simple: over TWO weeks examine how getting outside is good for your health. To complete the Challenge, all you need to do is be active in nature for 20 minutes (all at once), six out of the seven days in a given week. It is as simple as the  THREE STEPS BELOW!

The First Week

Don’t change a single thing. During the first week of the challenge, all you need to do is think about how you react to stressors in your life. Think about how many times a week you feel those stressors impacting your day-to-day life and how you deal with those stressors.

The Second Week 

In the second week, the TWO and TWENTY Challenge starts with a simple goal. Be active, in nature, for 20 minutes, six out of the seven days this week. Find your favorite park, a walk in the woods, a trail in your community. Just be outside, find a time that works for you, but make sure you do the full 20mins. 

What Changed?

At the end of your second week, we ask that you fill out our survey (it will take less than 2 mins) to tell us if you noticed any changes to how you felt when you were outside vs. your first week.
